New certification for prefabricated wooden houses

Company AWIK obtained new certificate for "Prefabricated wooden houses" in compliance with czech "Document of National Quality" (DNK).

The goal of "Document of National Quality" is to ensure certain technical level of prefabricated wooden houses through this non-compulsory certification. This certification has higher requirements for producers than certification required by standard NV 163/2002Sb. This certification deals with construction-site assembling as well.
Each member of Czech association of producers of prefabricated houses goes through this certification procedure, which is done by Czech Timber Institute.

After certification, an audit of production and montage is carried out twice a year. Suitable materials must be used, fire safety is being controlled as well as the montage itself. The Blower Door Test is being carried out as well.

The quality mark of Association of Supplliers of Prefabricated Wooden houses ensures quality of the houses.

Testing of fire safety

Company AWIK has succesfully passed testing of fire resistance of it´s building system. Testing was carried out in authorized test-room PAVUS (www.pavus.cz). Construction elements of company AWIK meet all requested fire safety standards.

Company AWIK obtained "Certificate of the product" from Czech Timber institute. This certificate concerns:

Wooden frame prefabricated building systems - wall, ceiling and roof panels.

Quality mark

AWIK House Production, s.r.o. is holder of quality mark RAL (www.ral.de). Independent inspectors regularly control production quality. Original certificates can be seen in our production plant.

AWIK ended this certification due to the fall of demands from German market.
