Company AWIK specializes in wooden houses, low-energy houses and passive houses. We build family houses, apartment houses, attic conversions and other buildings suitable for commercial purposes. We also realize our buildings as combination of wooden system and classical bricks. AWIK houses are mostly realized as turn-key wooden houses but we can supply them in any kind of completeness depending on the wishes of our customers.

We have been active on the czech market for more than 18 years. We realize our buildings also in the EU market. We possess all important certificates ensuring longevity and safety of our buildings. We do our best to offer to you good prices, we invested in new production plant in Strakonice, CZ using up-to- date information technologies to manage the company and individual buildings as well.

AWIK wooden houses are built in a very short time compared with classical brick houses. Section Catalogue houses represents our complete offer of our houses. We also cooperate with a couple of architects, whose projects we also realize as turn key wooden houses.

Low-energy houses

Our low-energy houses meet all required technical standards. Wooden houses AWIK reach the low-energy parameters already in standard design thanks to used materials, it´s composition and our production procedures.

Passive houses
