5th May 2010 the building of model passive house AWIK officially started in Úvaly u Prahy. Not only the representatives of dutch fund MEI and AWIK were present but also the representatives of town Úvaly.

10.11.2009 - AWIK awarded for low-energy building!
10th November 2009 was AWIK awarded for low-energy building by Czech Prime minister Jan Fischer. AWIK received this award for building of Kindergarten in Mrač at Benešov,Czech Republic.
4.6.09 - Change of material in AWIK construction!
We emphasize using of green products and for this reason, we have replaced so far used OSB 3 boards for OSB 4 TOP boards. OSB 4 TOP boards are construction boards without formaldehyde. More information to be found in section Trends.
