In this section we would like to introduce development projects of our customers that we are preparing or realizing at this moment. 

Recreational park Villa Park Lipno Dreams

At this moment we are preparing realization of this development project in beautiful area close to the Lipno Lake in Šumava, Czech Republic. The following four types of houses are on offer. They are being built using low-energy system of wooden houses AWIK. More information about this construction system can be found in section Quality.

Now let us introduce the houses on offer.

Type Alfa

Built-up area - 63 m2, usable area - 99 m2.

This is the smallest house. On the ground floor there is a hallway, living room connected with kitchen and enabling entrance to the terrace behind the house, furthermore there is a bathroom, separate wc and wooden stairs leading to the 1st floor. Under the stairs there is a storage space available. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, bathroom with wc.  It is possible to enter balcony from the corridor. Carport is standard part of the house.

Type BETA

 

Built-up area - 96 m2, usable area - 164 m2.

On the ground floor there is hallway, living room connected with kitchen and enabling entrance to the terrace behind the house, furthermore there is bathroom with wc, garage and wooden stairs leading to the first floor. Under the stairs there is a storage space available. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them enables entrance to the neighbouring cloakroom and also to the balcony. Furthermore there are two bathrooms including wc.

Type GAMMA

Built-up area - 120 m2, usable area - 198 m2.

On the ground floor there is hallway, living room connected with kitchen and dining area and also enabling entrance to the terrace behind the house. In the living room there is also fire place stove. Furthermore there is one bedroom, separate wc and bathroom with sauna. Standard part of the house is garage including technical room. Wooden stairs are leading from the center of the hallway to the first floor. There is a storage space under the wooden stairs. On the first floor there are four bedrooms available, one of them has built-in wardrobe. Two neighbouring bedrooms enable entrance to the balcony. Furthermore there are two bathrooms including bath, shower and wc.

Type DOUBLE ALFA

Built-up area - 126 m2, usable area - 181 m2.

This is semidetached house type  ALFA. On the ground floor there is hallway, living room connected with kitchen and enabling entrance to the terrace behind the house, furthermore there is bathroom, separate wc and wooden stairs leading to the 1st floor. Under the stairs there is a storage space available. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom with wc.  It is possible to enter balcony from the corridor. Carport is standard part of the house.
